Performs the following functions:

- definition of the periodic operational objectives of the working groups

- management of human resources between research projects and activities, in coordination with Project Managers

- coordinating the work of the Heads of Services to ensure the proper organisation of technical staff and the correct flow of information

- coordination and supervision of the Operational Units.

- verifying the pursuit of research objectives.
