Notices, tenders and contracts

It prepares orders/contracts for contracts not included in general/functional expenditure and prepares the call for tenders and the application form for admission to tender procedures.

What does it do

It performs the following activities

  • it assists the Rup, when requested, in preparing the documents and forms necessary for the regulation and management of the procedure for the choice of contractor.
  • it assists the Rup, when requested, in ensuring and verifying the correct application of the regulations on Contracts (Code, ANAC Guidelines, etc) and of these regulations.
  • assists the Rup, where requested, in verifying the application of the criteria of rotation of invitations and assignments.
  • ensures the regular maintenance of the suppliers' register.
